Key highlights of FY25 –TSVH GroupTV Sales & Home

Q4 F25 revenue was 15% up on comparative year and this on the back of a 25% volumes growth.
YTD revenue was 8% up on prior year on the back of a 13% growth in volumes.
This growth was underpinned by competitive pricing strategies, the opening of new branches (Mvurwi, Norton, and Hogerty Hill), and an expanded product range. Eastlea shop was closed during the year.
The credit book grew by 34%, reflecting the results of the company’s competitive credit terms. This translated into a 13% increase in finance income.
The business opened an Elite Furniture by TVSH premium segment offering exclusive designs and ambience to attract affluent clientele. The shop located along Churchill Ave, opened mid August 2025 but work is still underway to increase product range.
Management is working on the opening of two new sites and a factory shop is being established at Conald Road.

Key highlights of H1 FY25 – TSVH Group TV Sales & Home

YTD revenue was 6% up on prior period on the back of a 6% growth in volumes.  Opened two new TVSH stores during the period to bring retail stores to 56 and 4 bedtime stores.  The business plans to open 2 new stores in the third quarter of the financial year.  The credit book remain robust. During the first quarter, credit sales where depressed. However, credit sales took a rebound in the second quarter.  The business started selling solar in Q4 FY2024, and its half year sales registered a significant growth.

This positive growth reflects the brand’s strength in the market, the opening of four Bedtime shops in Harare and Gweru.
The credit book remain robust, the business plans to open 3 new stores in the first half of the new financial year.
Post year end, TVSH launched their solar products offering at competitive pricing and sales are firming up.

Year to date volumes increased by 4% up on comparative period
Three new stores were opened during the financial year. However, two stores were closed in Harare as the business was given notice by the landlord.
A first outdoor world, garden furniture store was opened in September 2023.
TVSH managed to re-engage Samsung Electronics as a trade partner.
The company managed to secure mobile phones as a regular product line into the TVSH line up.
TVSH is opening 2 new bedtime stores in October 2023.
The rate of growth for the debtors book slowed in 3rd quarter and levelled out in the fourth quarter.
